Building Capacity
Building capacity is the ongoing process of developing strengthening and sustaining our work. It starts with establishing a solid foundation and nurturing strategic relationships. It also requires our ability to measure effectiveness and understand the impact we are having on families. Examples of capacity-building practice include Improving communication, expanding Information sharing, increasing engagement of volunteers and partners, promoting shared leadership, using media outlets effectively, and Identifying, using and sharing data outcomes.
