FY27 Grant Application
The Georgia Parent Mentor Partnership Grant (GaPMP) is intended to support engagement with families who have students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) by providing funds for parent mentors. An amount of $18,400 will be awarded to each LEA that applies for the grant and meets the qualifications of the grant application. All Georgia public LEAs are eligible to apply.

- Enter the total amount of requested grant funds. GaDOE will offer a grant award of $18,400 per parent mentor. LEA must provide necessary salary supplement.
- Acknowledgement that the parent mentor and the special education director/or designee must attend the annual GaPMP Fall 2026 statewide meeting; the parent mentor must attend four regional meetings/trainings; and any new parent mentor and the special education director or designee must attend orientation to learn critical awareness information about the project
